Hot X Bun Bread & Butter Pudding 🍞🧈 Ingredients: - 12 choc-chip hot crossed buns - 4 eggs - 1 tsp cinnamon - 1/4 tsp clove - 1 pinch salt - 1 tsp vanilla paste (1.5tsp extract) - 300ml thickened cream - 1/2 cup brown sugar - 1/4 cup milk 1. Crack eggs into a large bowl and add cinnamon, clove and salt. Whisk to combine before adding vanilla, brown sugar, cream and milk. Whisk to combine and set aside 2. Slice buns into large cubes or slices and arrange in an oven safe dish in a mix-matched pattern to fill the dish but leaving small gaps for the bread to expand into 3. Pour the custard evenly over the buns, cover with plastic wrap and leave in the fridge for at least 1 hour but ideally overnight to absorb fully 4.
