Trying Sung Shi Kyungās trendy brie pasta. My friend recently tried it and she thought it was fine. Iām not the biggest cheese fan. I do like baked brie though, so I figured let me try this brie pasta! Overall, she and I are on the same page..I think its pretty good as in its fine and simple, but I donāt think its spectacular lol Of course you can make this faster on the stove instead, but Iām sharing how it can be made in a simple rice cooker. * Ingredients Pasta Soft brie Basil Cherry tomatoes Garlic (I did not use) Olive oil Salt Pepper 1. Heat up water in the rice cooker till it boils by switching the setting to cook. 2. Once the water boils, add your pasta. I used about 4oz of whatever pasta I had around. TIP! Use a spoon to keep the lid slightly off so the water doesnāt boil over while youāre off doing something else. 3. While the pasta is cooking prep the ingredients! Slice the brie, tomatoes, and basil. I used about 4-5oz of brie. You can also add minced garlic if youād like! 4. Once the pasta is cooked to your preference, drain it. 5. Add the prepped ingredients and olive oil, salt, and pepper to taste. Mix till the cheese melts and you get a creamy pasta 6. Adjust seasoning as needed. *I actually timed it for yall and it took 7min on my stove and 16min in my rice cooker, but this series is about the rice cooker and not the stove :p Anyways, ānon-activeā cook time just means I can do something else like study or clean. #amycooksfood #cookininricecooker #sungshikyungpasta #sungshikyung #briepasta #viralfood #trendyfood #koreanfoodtrends #ricecookerĀ #smallkitchencooking #cookingforone #dormcookingĀ #collegecookingĀ #ricecookerhacksĀ #cookinghacks
