Last night was wild! Big shout-out to Seth and Ike for bringing the laughs and seriously impressive eating skills. No caviar was wasted in the filming of last nights episode. Every week, we're trying to push ourselves, trying new things, making new mistakes and shifting gears. Cooking live with —no script, no second chances, no commercial breaks…while hosting guests and talking and keeping time. It’s much harder than it looks. It feels like I’m opening a new restaurant every Tuesday. Grateful for Netflix giving me this platform. I'm on the stoves solo, but the real magic is the team making it all come together off-camera.
