So that's what she's gonna get 🥩 Serves: 2 Prep time: 12 minutes Cook time: 22 minutes Special tools: blender Ingredients 1 20 oz pork chop 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard 1 tablespoon chopped sage 1 tablespoon chopped rosemary 1 tablespoon chopped thyme 1 splash EVOO Terra Delyssa 1 kosher salt 3 twists of black pepper 1/4 stick butter 1 horseradish root Apple sauce 2 Granny Smith cored 2 ambrosia cored 2 tablespoons maple syrup 6 oz hard apple cider Method 1. Brush your chop with dijon, crust with herbs, season and glaze with EVOO in a ripping hot oven. 2. Glaze your apples with maple syrup and roast until soft, then deglaze with cider and purée. 3. Flip chop after 8 minutes and roast until the eternal temperature hits 125, baste with butter until temperature hits 130 degrees Fahrenheit and let rest for 10 minutes. 4. Lay down a serious amount of applesauce, carve and lay down your perfectly roasted pork chop.
