A Bourbon Banana Pudding Tiramisu! Because when the @Vital Farms egg yolks are this yellow (you know I love my girls on grass), there needs to be just a *bit* more yellow to go with it. This combines two classic desserts, with a slightly creamier mascarpone filling to match the pudding texture of banana pudding, uses mashed banana throughout, and is filled with bourbon coffee lady fingers.
