In all seriousness, we don’t know if it was opened BEFORE flying out to SG (meaning when it was still in the PH) or ONCE it reached SG? We could only assume but we have our suspicions… Anyway, we didn’t report this to the officials on the day just bec we didn’t lose anything valuable in the luggage. In fact, everything was still there but maybe because they were all clothes and no money/expensive items. We wanted to keep this situation light because we didn’t want to ruin our trip.
