A quick reminder that carbs can be part of a balanced, supportive diet for any fitness goal. A low carb diet may be your preference, but it certainly isn’t necessary. Vegan diets are not necessarily more healthful than animal inclusive diets that include the additional nutrients and fibre in plants. Protein consumption in regular amounts doesn’t damage your kidneys. Carnivore diets obtain an abundance of nutrients from meat, but lack additional nutrients and fibre from plants. Plants are not toxic. Creatine monohydrate supplementation has been rigorously researched and found to have a plethora of benefits such as increase in lean mass and strength. It doesn’t make you bald. There will always be a diet camp trying to inflict their ideology onto you. The reality is there is no ‘best’ diet for health.
