Hallway Tour 🩷 I’ve had a lot of new faces join lately so thought I’d reintroduce each of the spaces in our home so you can swipe through the angles! The hallway was by far my biggest project to date. It was three floors, two sets of stairs and involved some really treacherous ceiling painting on a ladder 😬 but it’s definitely one of my favourite makeovers, as it makes me smile every time I come home! Some FAQs 🖼️ The gallery wall is mostly hung with command strips for ease, but big, special or heavy art gets hung with proper fixings. 👸🏼 My Disney princess portrait art is a poster from Disney World I bought back in 2012 and brought it home. It cost more to get it professionally framed back here than it did to buy 😅 (but worth it 🤭) 🎨 We are a semi detached home with no windows leading into the hall, so it’s always been very dark. We combatted this with having spotlights installed, and used mirrors on each floor (and a light wall colour) to help bounce the little light we do have, around the space. 🖌️ The wall colour is Elbow Beach, the door, units and stairs are Little Light, Bannisters are natural charcoal - all by Rustoleum.
