Oh what a privilege it has been to be able to keep my word and stay active throughout my entire pregnancy. I had kept a promise to myself during my 2nd pregnancy that I would remain active the entire time and it feels so good knowing I did exactly that! I often got asked how I was able to remain active during my pregnancy and the truth is working out was the only thing that made me still feel like ME. Pregnancy itself can take a huge toll on your mental health, body image etc and working out was one of the only things I was able to control in my everyday life. I was still able to move around, feel energized, not feel as fatigued etc. it was truly a game changer for me! Going all in on your fitness journey and truly enjoying every single step of it is one of the many ways you can stay consistent during this journey. It can all start with you!
