Well i got scared and didn't eat the bite😅 Chicken crepe Riviera Crepe Batter: 2 large eggs 1 cup whole milk 1/4 cup water 2 tablespoons melted butter 1 cup all purpose flour 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt Teaspoon of vegetable oil for coating pan 2 chicken breasts 1/2 stick butter 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning 1 crown of broccoli, florets separated 1/2 cup pesto 1/3 cup heavy cream 1/2 cup chicken broth 1 Roma tomato minced for garnish 2 tablespoons of olive oil Add all crepe ingredients, except cooking oil, in a blender and mix. Put in fridge. Make herb butter out of Italian seasoning and butter. Slather over chicken breast. Roast in oven on 375 until 165 internal temp. Then add olive oil and pesto into a pan and cook on medium-low for 30 seconds. Then add heavy cream and broth to combine. Add broccoli florets. Slice chicken breast and add into the pot as well. Cook until reduced slightly and thickens. Pour 1/4 cup of crepe batter into a pan and swirl until forming a circle. Cook for about 60 seconds until nice brown spots form on the bottom. Then flip and repeat.
