What did you do this weekend Constance? “Oh nothing. Just released all the pent up energy of frustration and tension from a brutal year of strikes, hot labor summer, & life. Just had an amazing time with amazing women who collectively lift each other up. The collective JOY was palpable!! ✨💖✨💪🏽✨ Oh! And reminded myself that I still have a fire in my belly when it comes to music & dancing! No matter what the aches and pains say! I’m gonna keep using it so I don’t lose it! No matter what life throws at me. I still have, and think I will always have that fire to DANCE! And for that I feel truly blessed” BUT, Don’t get it twisted is was exhausted at the end!
