Aren’t you glad I didn’t show you a cottage cheese version? 😂 It has become a very popular trend to turn every food into a “hack” or to make it “macro friendly”. The running joke among my followers is to “Zachify” it. Obviously I am a fan of making foods more nutritious or lower calorie when needed. But I wanted to highlight the fact that not every food has to be made into something else, just to enjoy it. If you are hitting your nutrition goals, and you can fit things like regular chocolate chip cookies into your diet, then that’s okay too. Food exists on an extremely large spectrum. There are sometimes food, there are any time foods, and everything in between. Learning where foods fall onto your individual food spectrum is the key to a balanced diet 👍 What are your thoughts on this?
