I am beyond thankful for the @San Jose Sharks and SAP Center for hosting not only me, but my entire family! And let me tell you, your Papa Jake has a big family! It was truly an honor to attend. They went above and beyond welcoming me to The Tank. I even got my own jersey! WOW! The night was filled with surprise after surprise. The @SJ SHARKIE, Patrick Marleau, and fellow veterans stopped by to say hello. Towards the end of the game, I was put up on the jumbotron while they talked about me and my story. I couldn’t have imagined a night like this. And to be able to share it with my family makes it even better.
