Not recommended but gotta do what i gotta do, ya know? 🤫 Milk blebs or blisters are one of the reasons why i clog so frequently. Even with extensive nip care i feel like i am just prone to them. A milk blister, or a nipple bleb, looks like a tiny white spot on the nipple. It can be caused by a plugged milk duct or a thin layer of skin blocking the milk duct. Sometimes a nipple bleb occurs after trauma to the nipple. If it is not painful, no treatment is necessary. Otherways to treat it: warm compress, soaking cotton ball with olive oil, breastfeeding or hand pump when soften, talk to your doc for antibiotics. My husband also tends to be a go to tool for me as well 🤪 #milkbleb #breastfeeding #breastfedproblems #breastfedbaby #cloggedmilkducts #pumpingmama #pumpingmom #lactation #lactationconsultant #fyp #momsover30 #firsttimemom
