Loco Moco is WAYYYY better than Grandmas Hamburger and Gravy. Try this out FULL RECIPE: Ingredients: - 1 pound ground beef - Salt and pepper to taste -2 Tbsp Worcestershire, divided - 2 cups cooked white rice - 4 fried eggs - 2 cups beef broth -1 medium yellow onion, sliced -1/2 medium yellow onion, diced -2 cups sliced baby Bella mushrooms -1/2 stick unsalted butter -1/4 cup all purpose flour -Natures seasoning for flavor -1 Tbsp mayo -1/4 cup panko breadcrumbs, plain -1 large egg - Optional toppings: sliced green onions, sautéed mushrooms Instructions: 1. Season the ground beef with salt and pepper, add egg, mayo, breadcrumbs, 1 T Worcestershire, natures seasoning, diced onion and mix and then shape it into four patties. 2. Cook the patties on a grill or stovetop until they reach your desired level of doneness. 3. While the patties are cooking, prepare the white rice according to the video instructions. 4. In same pan burgers cooked in, prepare the brown gravy by adding your mushrooms and cook for 2-3 minutes, then add sliced onions. Sautee additional 2-3 minutes or until onions are translucent. Add in remaining Worcestershire, butter, and once butter melts, add in your flour. Stir to coook out flour 60 to 90 seconds, then slowly add your broth while stirring carefully. Reduce heat to low and allow gravy to thicken. 5. Once the patties, rice, and gravy are ready, it's time to assemble the loco moco. 6. Place a scoop of rice on a plate, then top it with a cooked beef patty. 7. Carefully place a fried egg on top of the patty. 8. Pour a generous amount of brown gravy over the entire dish. 9. Add any optional toppings you desire, such as sliced green onions or sautéed mushrooms. 10. Repeat the process for each serving. 11.
