My chocolate sponge recipe will make a tall 6 inch 6 layered cake, simply double the recipe to make this 8 inch monster. No stand mixer needed for the 6 inch version, just two mixing bowls! A little bit of a different take on an @oreo cake I've said this before, but there is never a plan when it comes to decorating these. I just wing it and see where it takes me. I feel like drip cakes may be losing popularity a little but in still love them so you'll be seeing them here V I've never noticed how many chins I get until I edit these reels.
