who else is guilty of doom scrolling late at night 🙋🏻♀️ “revenge bedtime procrastination” is a term used to describe when we feel like our days are so packed that we barely have time for ourselves. in an effort to regain our “me” time, we end up sacrificing our sleep at night in order to do the things that we wish we could’ve done during the day (i.e., watch Netflix, scroll through social media, etc.). in other words, this is our way of getting “revenge” for not having control of our daytime hours 😵💫 ✨ here are some tips to help: 1. schedule breaks throughout your day—even if it’s only 5-10 minutes 2. swap your phone for a book 3. engage in mindfulness practices before bed (i.e., meditation, stretching, showering, etc.)
