This time, we aren’t solely focusing on weight loss! The main theme of this challenge is visualizing your highest self and showing up for HER! Building the habits of HER! 💕 Removing toxic energy from your life and glowing up for HER! 🦋 This challenge is for women ready to change their lives, habits, and become their best self. 🤍 The rules are: 1. Walk 6 days a week (pick your starting level) OR Biggest Loser LCW OR weightlifting on your own plus walks 💪🏼 2. Drink 64oz water a day minimum 💦 3. Eat in a calorie deficit and find healthy hot girl swaps for the foods you love🔥 4. Visualize your highest self journal (weekly journal prompts) 📓 5. Weigh in every Friday ⚖️ 6.
