However, feminists from the past of all identities were stereotyped and turned into caricatures that, to this day, feminists are very conscious of. They create distance between past feminists and themselves in hopes that they will not be stereotyped, but there isn’t any point. It is inevitable as a woman and feminist that your pushing against the status quo will upset men.
