It’s 🐰 month, and this bunny-shaped Spinach and Artichoke Dip is one of our favorite recipes from @cremedelacrumb1. It’s easy to make, festive, and ready to eat in just 30 minutes! Ingredients: 2 Pillsbury Crescent Dough Sheets 2 cups fresh spinach leaves ½ cup of artichoke hearts, roughly chopped 2 tablespoons jarred jalapenos, diced 1 tablespoon butter 2 teaspoons minced garlic Salt + pepper to taste ¼ cup sour cream ¼ cup parmesan cheese 1 cup mozzarella cheese 8 oz. cream cheese. Directions: 1. Preheat oven to 375℉ and line baking sheet with parchment paper 2. In large skillet, melt butter, saute garlic and stir in cream cheese, spinach, artichokes & jalapenos. Mix until everything is melted together. 3. Stir in salt & pepper, mayo, sour cream, parmesan cheese, and half of the mozzarella cheese until smooth. Set aside from heat. 4. Open crescent dough packages but DO NOT unroll the dough. Roll it out into a 18” long rope. Cut rope into 12 equal pieces and repeat with the other crescent package so you have 24 total pieces. 5. Assemble dough pieces into a bunny shape. Grab your spinach and artichoke mixture and spoon into the face & ears until mixture is gone. Top with the remaining mozzarella cheese 6.
