The easiest way to get more protein in my day to day is finding ways to add it to the things I am already eating and drinking. Recently I received the Protein Coffee from @enjoyjavy to test out and man is it easy βοΈ All I have to do is add a scoop of coffee to 8 oz of water, mix, top with a little almondmilk creamer and itβs ready to enjoy! Each cup has 10 grams of protein so itβs an easy way to add some hidden protein to my breakfast.
