Pancake the octopus is just one of the exciting new changes to our Marine Life Center! He’s still settling in to his new 300 gallon system but is eating well and exploring (and often rearranging) his habitat. Come check him out during our new expanded hours from 11-6pm Wed-Sun. In addition to our octopus, we have touch tanks, scavenger hunts, interpretive signage and an immersive bull kelp exhibit designed by the Port Townsend Marine Life Center. We are even giving away some tasty kelp chips from our friends at @12tides while supplies last!
