Fun Trip Idea to take this Spring from Atlanta - Vacation to Sunny @Visit Miami Hey Foodies! We had to ditch the cold weather in Atlanta and travel to one of our favorite destinations Miami as it prepares for Rainbow Spring. It is such a quick flight from Atlanta and there is so much to do. No matter what type of traveler or tourist you are - there is literally something for everyone. And there is no better time to take a trip to Miami to visit for Rainbow Spring when the weather is just perfect. Here are our top four experiences from our recent trip to Miami 1. Little Havana Food Tour with Miami Culinary Tours- We learned about the history of the famous Little Havana neighborhood the best way we know how, through food! 2. Drag Brunch at R House - We were amazed by the Queens with their dancing and entertaining skills. This was literally the funnest thing we did the entire trip. 3. Tour of Wynwood Walls - Encompassing more than 50 dazzling murals, the Wynwood Walls draws hundreds of thousands of people from all over the world each year. Cole and I also got to partake in a fun and engaging graffiti class. 4. Party, drinks and a show at Mayami - No trip to Miami is complete without a night out on the town! Mayami is a Mayan themed outdoor restaurant and lounge that is perfect for a late night party spot with their live performers. We absolutely loved our trip to Miami and as LGBTQ travelers found it very inviting and welcoming. New Italian restaurant in Downtown Atlanta - Capolinea Hey Foodies! We found a new Atlanta restaurant with the coldest martinis and freshest pastas in the city! Capolinea is a stunning Italian restaurant that recently opened at the brand new Signia by Hilton in Downtown Atlanta. Cole and j were absolutely blown away by service, cuisine, cocktails and wine at this restaurant. Capolinea can best be described as a fine dining Italian restaurant serving delicious dishes from handmade pastas to prime cut steaks. The highlight of the night for Cole and I was the martini bar cart experience, where your martinis are made tableside and chilled with liquid nitrogen - making these the oldest martinis you have ever had! Capolinea is one of the best new restaurant openings in Atlanta this year and definitely a spot you need to add to your must visit list.
