1. Nutrition... YOU HAVE TO LOVE THE MEALS YOU MAKE.... I wish I would have learned this so much sooner because it would've saved me so much time.... Because I used to think that I had to eat like a bodybuilder with just chicken and rice and vegetables and that's it.... And then it dawned on me, why would I follow a nutrition plan that I know I don't enjoy and won't last and is based on an industry that is PHYSIQUE focused not HEALTH focused ? Training - STARTED LIFTING HEAVY…..boyyyy when I tell you, I used to be so afraid of lifting anything above 10 pounds on upper body, because I was so scared of looking like" a man" 😂it was unreal .... And completely irrational... But that's what a lot of women are scared of... and they're physique shows sorry yak it had to be said ...but let me put it this way.... There are women who are lifting over 300 pounds on hip thrust, and have a HARD TIME growing their clappers, but you feel like lifting a 15 pound dumbbell shoulder press for 8 to 10 reps is going to make you look like a man? Again, imma let that sizzle and we gone move on 3. RECOVERY I have been focusing on this for a while now and it makes a world of difference ...I focus on recovery in the forms of fascia blasting, cupping, sauna, massages, etc....recovery is ALSO taking breaks when you body tells you ...you can eat the healthiest foods and have perfect workouts...but if you are constantly in a state of stress and anxiety and your body can never truly rest, you are doing yourself a big disservice….. #gymgirlsoftiktok #fitnessmotivation #fitnesstiktok #gymtok
