Grilled Baby Back Ribs Recipe. If you like ribs but don’t like to wait for them to cook low n’ slow then this hot n’ fast, no foil wrap baby back rib recipe is just for you. Items Needed: - [ ] Baby Back Ribs: one slab - [ ] Hot Sauce: binder, to taste - [ ] Certified Louisiana Red Dirt Rub: to taste - [ ] Dad’s Jalapeño Lime Seasoning: to taste - [ ] Apple Juice: for spritzing Prep & Cook: - [ ] Used a slab of baby back ribs. - [ ] Removed the membrane, no knife needed: see it, pull it with a paper towel & discard. - [ ] Lathered both sides of ribs hot sauce for the binder. - [ ] Seasoned both sides of ribs and all sides of the tips with my Certified Louisiana Red Dirt Rub & Dad’s Jalapeño Lime Seasoning. - [ ] Fired up the Auto Akorn Kamado Smoker/Grill to about 375° with lump charcoal. - [ ] Warmed up the grill for 20 minutes. - [ ] Placed the ribs on the cooking grill grates and got to grilling. - [ ] Spritzed the ribs & tips periodically with apple juice. - [ ] Grilled Ribs hot n’ fast for 2 1/2 hours. - [ ] Sauced & drizzled the ribs with my house blend BBQ sauce the last 15 minutes. - [ ] Rested, sliced & smashed the ribs ! #bbq #ribs #babybackribs #fyp #foryoupage #recipe #food
