Day 29 of 29! ** I committed to working out every day in February! That meant showing up for myself when it felt inconvenient and everything else seemed more important... I showed up through the discomfort, tasks of motherhood, managing a home, kid sport events, family commitments, etc... I showed up for ME. & for that I am proud! I set this challenge as an extension of making an effort to get unstuck when I recently found myself way too complacent. It's not about the numbers on the scale, so I haven't stepped on one all of 2024. It IS about how I feel internally, bc let's be real, it's easy to look good while feeling like trash. Has the process been perfect? Absolutely not, l've had my hurdles of figuring it out. In the beginning I was going too hard, to the point of burnout, so l adjusted my plan. I need to get a grip on meal prepping bc the metabolism be having me hangry and the kids snacks are always available 6 they be so good. However, I'm coming out of this fit-streak feeling stronger, more energized and the results are result-inggg! They say it takes 21 days to create a habit and 90 Days to make it a Lifestyle!
