My fitness ๐๐ปโโ๏ธ update: I started go to the gym back in Jan 2023 when my friend asked me to company her. I have zero expectations & just wing it. A month later, she decided to ditch me (kidding, she got a full time job again) so it got me thinking. I can never make progress if I do everything on my own (note that iโm zero on fitness level since infants, i hate sports & sweats big time ๐). Decided to hire @_workoutforfan_ as my PT and to make sure I stay consistent to workout at least twice a week! Fast forward a year later, I did it ๐ฅณ I hardly take any days or weeks off unless itโs for vacation or fasting month (we gotta prioritize this holy month once a year ๐). Still, I donโt expect much from myself. I stay consistent to make it my routine & habits. It feels so uncomfortable to not working out when the day comes. I finally enjoy the pain during training session, the drenched sweats, the squats & bench press that I really intimidate with ๐ฎโ๐จ The most efforts that I do is to not making excuses. Just simply showing up. It gets easier when Iโm at the gym. And the best feeling ever every time it ends. You know your future self will thank you for your hard work ๐ This year I began to do my best to hit my daily protein goals & incorporating more carbs. Itโs been few months since I started my reverse dieting to boost up my BMR. I donโt mind weight gained, iโm all about muscle gains & fat loss now ๐ Alhamdulillah, I canโt wait to see my progress by end of 2024 ๐ #weightlifting #strengthtraining #fatlossjourney #reversediet
