It was aaalmost perfect except that the vertical string shifted a little as I was applying the orange layer. But I was able to nudge the line back into position carefully with a scribe tool. Then, a dry brush with buttercream to create the texture of Eric Carle’s iconic illustrations. Flat flowers with ✨no✨ piping tips! 🌸🩵 1. Pipe buttercream circles in a flower shape onto parchment 2. Flip the cupcake onto the buttercream. Make sure not to press down too hard - you don’t want to squish the flower! 3. Freeze for 10-15 mins 4. Peel the parchment off 🌸 5. Let the cupcakes come back to room temp before eating 😁🌸🩵 enjoy!
