Don't even ask questions make this for the family tonight!😅 JALAPEÑO CREAM GRAVY 2 large jalapeños 3 tablespoons butter 1 cup diced white onion 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour 3 cups heavy whipping cream 1 teaspoon kosher salt ½ teaspoon black pepper CHICKEN-FRIED CHICKEN 4 chicken breasts, boneless 1 cup buttermilk 2 cups all-purpose flour 1 tablespoon dried thyme 2 tablespoons kosher salt 1 tablespoon black pepper 1 cup vegetable oil Blister and blacken jalapeños over open flame. Remove skin and mince. (Remove seeds unless you want it hot) add butter and onions in a pot and sauté on medium. Once translucent, whisk in flour, heavy cream. Add jalapeño, salt, & pepper. Bring to a boil and immediately remove from heat and set aside. Pound out chicken breast. Pour buttermilk in a bowl. Then mix flour, dried thyme, salt, & black pepper in a separate bowl. Dredge chicken in flour, then buttermilk, then flour once again. Fry chicken in a pan at 350 degree oil for about two minutes on each side until golden brown.
