Turkey Shaorma Patties! 🥙RECIPE BELOW One of my favorite ways to meal prep. • • • 1lb turkey 1 medium onion 1/2 cup Italian flat leaf parsley 3 cloves of garlic, pressed 1/2 a lemon, juiced 1/2 an orange juiced and zested I eye ball this part: Paprika Oregano Pepper Cumin Aleppo pepper Cinnamon Berebere spice Sea salt Mix well Form patties Sear til golden on each side, turn down the heat and cook for about 9 mins.
