peri chicken & halloumi folded wrap ๐ฏ a quick and easy recipe for 450 calories and 45g protein ๐คค Hit SAVE for your next easy recipe ๐ Ingredients (serves 1): 100g chicken breast Tsp smoked paprika Tsp oregano 40g reduced fat halloumi 20g nandos sauce Tortill wrap - I used my deli carb lite. Handful of shredded lettuce 20g garlic perinaise 10g chilli jam ๐ Season the chicken with the smoked paprika and oregano. Rub in throughly before baking in the oven for 15 minutes on 185 degrees celsius(fan assisted) ๐Slice the halloumi and pan fry. ๐Shred the chicken using two forks. Pour over the nandos sauce and toss to combine. ๐Lightly warm the wrap in the microwave for 10 seconds. Make a slice half way down the middle, add the lettuce, shredded chicken, perinaise, halloumi before drizzling on some chilli jam. ๐Fold over each quarter, pan fry until golden on both sides.
