I used to constantly tie my happiness to achieving a certain weight or body size, but even after reaching those goals, I still feel unsatisfied and there was always another thing I wanted to then change 😖 So what’s my advice? You don’t have to love every single part of your body, it’s ok to want to work on yourself and change. BUT whatever stage you are at, try to accept yourself as you are RIGHT NOW. Speak to yourself kindly, don’t let your mind bully your body, YOU’RE STRONG (i promise) you can do that! 🫶🏼 Instead of focusing on what you see as flaws, shift your mindset towards acceptance, I know it may seem “wishy washy” to some but it’s so helpful. By learning to appreciate and accept yourself as you are, you can find happiness in the present moment and stop waiting. 🥺I know this is cliche but our bodies really are our home, forever!!! So let’s not spend our whole lives in a self-destructive household <3 🩷You deserve to be happy RIGHT NOW. ❤️You deserve to live life FULLY right now. 💜You are all incredible, just as you are, no matter where you are on your journey <3"
