Pregnancy challenges me to push past my own limits, and even the limits society places on us thinking we canāt do hard things. The postpartum transformation can be wanted without you ānot giving yourself graceā - we all deserve to feel our best, especially after being a HOME for another human for 40 weeks. But guess what? It starts DURING pregnancy. The transformation. The recovery. The labor prep. Starts NOW. I am officially in my third trimester with my third baby, Iām still working out āhardā for me, still biking, hiking, doing classes, and wrestling my two boys around.
