Our roles have switched to him allowing me to help him. And through it all I’ve learned a different level of love. It wasn’t an easy thing for either of us at first. To be completely transparent, this whole process of redefining our roles and having to take on a new identity both individually and as a couple has been the hardest thing I have personally gone through. A rock bottom of sorts for me. It hasn’t been perfect by any means nor do either of us claim that. We have had to face battles, make mistakes, and reevaluate our lives. But through it all we have learned and grown through our challenges. We both never want anyone to feel alone in this process so we have set out to make it our mission to help others.
