Share with your friends to educate them too! My Harmony fam will know i am ALWAYS going on about the importance of muscular movement as the first line in treatment for anything aged or droop related. Remember when your mum used to say, ‘it takes more muscles to frown, so smile’ - well theres actually truth in that. The lower face of your face primarily pulls down, add to that gravity & saggy skin..its droopcity. This includes the undereyes too! The skin around the eyes is pulled down the same way. Manage the pull & reduce how hollow the eyes look. Many people fear b-tox & i get it. It doesn’t always go to plan but what i struggle to understand is when people pick filler because of their fear of botox. 1. Muscles pull the face down, so believe me they can pull your filler down too 2. Worst case in fillers is, irreversible skin necrosis (meaning skin dies) worst case in botox is something droops which resolves after a few weeks… Again, no shade on filler. I still do it regularly, its just something that needs to be done appropriately. Also can someone just shake up my stupid imposter syndrome brain. People out here publishing studies on things i’ve been too scared to shout loud about because im convincing myself no one else is talking about it so surely i can’t be right … then next thing you know they’re actually studying it.
