Did you know that doing core work through pregnancy is not only safe, but important for postpartum recovery and being able do every day functional tasks? Research shows that strength training is also SAFE and extremely beneficial for momma and baby for a stronger, healthier pregnancy and easier, quicker recovery! Strength training through pregnancy is recommended by the ACOG. Having full body strength will benefit everyone! Everyone’s postpartum journey will look different, but do your best to stay strong where you can leading up to delivery. It won’t be perfect and it doesn’t have to be ALL or NOTHING!
