Little backstory before the tiktok keyboard lawyers come out, this is the second attempt to arrest this drug addicted burglar. First time he lied (just like he did here) that he swallowed narcotics because he knows he’ll be taken to HMC, where the doctors are enablers and will let him slip out the back. Which is exactly how the first arrest went down. Second time, i requested EMT’s to take him to Swedish where they’d clear him and i could take him to jail. Unfortunately, that decision was overruled by the higher-ups, and he was taken to HMC again.
