Going on 3 years now… They make friends. They can talk to anyone. They’ve met people from all over the world. Different cultures. Different languages. Have sailed to 20 different countries. They’ve done night watches on long ocean passages. They’ve jumped into the ocean deep. They’ve experienced the world that’s below us. They’ve watched their parents do the hardest things they’ve ever done. Watched them learn things they never knew how to do or thought they could do. They’ve been crew on a sailboat for over 10,000 nautical miles. They’ve experienced living with limited water and electricity. The life lessons gained out here have been priceless.
