It’s actually embarrassing how many times I eat this bowl every week on @WeightWatchers. 😅 I loveee poke because the ingredients are fresh, nutrient-rich AND so delicious! Plus, you can really bulk up your bowl with zero point foods. I track this as 10 points and 6 points are from the brown rice, 1 point is from the seaweed salad and 3 points are from the cream cheese. I don’t know if it’s perfect but it’s definitely in the ballpark, give or take a point or two, so I feel confident with that number! A few tips about my order that you can apply to your own: 🍚 I would rather use brown rice in my base instead of sushi rice because sushi rice is higher in points, but you can definitely do whatever you like best! Get what you love and just track a few extra points if needed. 🐟 The plain salmon, tuna, etc. = zero points! I like to load up on protein and always get extra. ⭐️ For add-ons, I like to include cream cheese to have a little in every bite, giving a creamier feel to my meal without using a spicy mayo/poke sauce.
