Chocolate Covered Cheesecake Heart Pops with @Dolci Delicious Dolci Frutta chocolate melting wafers and a store bought raspberry cheesecake. Use a shaped cookie cutter (metal works best) to cut out the cheesecake pops. They will cut more easily if the cheesecake is semi frozen. Insert a cakesicle stick. Freeze again until firm before dipping in Dolci Frutta melted chocolate. Whimsical mushroom log cake roll πͺ΅πβ¨ I filled the chocolate roll with fresh strawberries and cream and frosted it with chocolate cream before adding on the chocolate bark. For the bark I used @Stover & Company sweet shoppe and eleven o one milk chocolate melting wafers. The mushrooms are Meiji chocorooms. I dipped them in @stoverandcompany sweet shoppe cardinal red melting wafers. The moss is crushed pistachios.
