Ingredients 2 cups raw shrimp 1 small carrot 2 tbsp cornstarch 2 tbsp water 1 tsp salt 1 tsp black pepper 2 cloves grated garlic Oil for frying Coating 3 cups Panko 3/4 cup flour 2 eggs Directions 1. Use a food processor to finely dice the carrot, garlic and shrimp. Now add in the seasoning and pulse it a few times until the mixture looks tacky. Add a few more spoons of water if it is too thick. 2. Shape the shrimp mix into a patty. Dip into flour, egg and panko. 3. Put the patties in the freezer for at least 1 hours to harden. 4.
