⬇️ READ THE CAPTION ⬇️ Your Yoni is self-cleaning, you don’t need these things! Feminine washes, douches, soaps, bubble baths and anything artificially fragranced (even your laundry detergent too!), can be potential triggers of vaginal infections like bacterial vaginosis and yeast infections. Your Yoni is a self-cleaning organ and these things can mess with your Yoni’s natural flora and pH balance. And if you are already sensitive to these infections (especially recurring infections) these things are THE WORST! ➡️All you need is warm water to wash your vulva! If you want to use some kind of soap, make sure it has natural ingredients. But if you notice she’s not feeling the freshest, here are some of my favourite things to do: Put a couple drops of tea tree oil/lavender oil on a cotton pad, mixed with a carrier oil like coconut/olive oil, and then give your vulva a nice wipe! (I made a video about this - check it out!) Make sure you are only doing it externally on your vulva and be careful because these essential oils are strong and they may burn. If you are struggling with chronic BV/yeast infections these tips may help give you some relief, but it’s not enough to get to the root cause of the infection. It’s an inside job and it’s connected to your gut health. The first step is changing your diet and lifestyle! Why your recurring infections happening with the same partner ⬇️ Have you ever noticed that you get an infection with one partner but with other partners you don’t? When you’re looking at a holistic approach to your 🐈 health, it’s important to understand that there is a METAPHYSICAL aspect to it too, not just physical. There is an emotional, energetic and spiritual connection to your vaginal health, especially if you’re experiencing recurring infections.
