π«Try This Mouthwatering Thai-inspired noodle Soup π Ingredients: - 1 Eat Water Slim Noodles - 1 tbsp olive oil - 4 cups vegetable stock - 1/2 cup chopped onions - 1 tsp chopped ginger - 2 tbsp Thai green paste - 200ml coconut milk - 2 tbsp vegetable Umami - Spring onions - Sriracha to top Method: β In a deep pan, heat some olive oil; once hot, add the onions and ginger. After 5 minutes, add the Thai paste and cook for a further 4 minutes. β Add the vegetable stock and simmer for around 5 minutes.
