A body in motion stays in motion… At some point during pregnancy you will feel tired. You will feel unmotivated. You will feel like doing absolutely nothing… All of that is totally normal and OK! But if you’re able to stay active, the benefits to momma and baby are endless for pregnancy, delivery and postpartum recovery! The HARDEST part is getting started. Here’s a trick to help: Promise yourself to at least do the warm up, or to go on a 5 minute walk. If you want to stop after that, you can! But what will most likely happen is you end up doing a little more than you thought… Watch how the ball starts to get rolling with that momentum you’ve created by taking the first action step! You can do this. Every pregnancy is different and I know it’s not easy. It won’t be perfect. But if you are ABLE to move your body and cleared by your doctor, you will be so glad you stuck with it!!!
