#stitch with @Daisy Richmond This is so true - pelvic floor exercises can stop leaks and prolapse but so many people dont do them….. and that was also me. Here’s why. You need 3 things to happen to make sure you do them; 1. A call to action 2. Ability to do them 3. A want to do them. If you can get these things sorted then you will be more likely do them and have a happy pelvic floor and be able to bounce, jump, exercise, sneeze without leaks or heaviness.
