HOW SHE DID IT⬇️ If you have been working out without seeing the results you want OR you want to start working out but don’t have a plan read on💪 🚨Workouts alone won’t get you the results you want. Carly had the consistent workouts down, but I told her she was missing 3 other pieces of the puzzle. I know how frustrating it is because I was missing 1-3 pieces for years when I started my fitness journey. One big piece is nutrition. There are a lot of ways to mess this part up. ❌Doing different BS fad diets. ❌Cutting out your favorite foods ❌Starving yourself, eating 1200 or less If you avoid those 3 things you’re off to a great start. You need to learn what you need to eat, how much, and how to do it forever without feeling restricted. 🔑 Another big piece is accountability. Let’s face it, we’re not always going to want to follow the plan that we have. Whether we don’t want to do our workouts or eat the things that we know we need to eat to reach our goals, accountability is there to help you do what you need to do. Even if you know what to do but if you aren’t doing it, thats where accountability can help you. The last piece is mindset. This seemingly small piece is arguably the biggest piece. We can get in our own way a lot during this journey. The more I’ve coached, the more I’ve realized how things like negative self talk, focusing on the wrong things, fixed mindset, etc. holds so many people back. With exercise, nutrition, accountability and mindset you will be unstoppable. Take it from Carl! Keep crushing it Carl.
