Around back to school time and major holidays you can really feel the pressure of feeling like the algorithm has no rhyme or reason you're not alone my brothers and sis! Let's talk about how even I as a social media marketing and content coach I got stuck and 1️⃣I started using shorter clips. I was used to the longer format videos because that's what used to work a year ago with all the editing and shiii and oh and let's not forget the lip syncs...y'all remember when the lip syncs and skits was a thing? Lol it's not popping right now for real for real if you're still trying to grow using those STOP. Try shorter clips. I started back reviewing my insights weekly. I used to be a hard core advocate of this but I stopped. lol wtf. Don’t ask me why when this IS the mo st important things you can do for your business. ALWAYS keep track of the numbers🗣️ how you gonna measure what you aren't keeping track of. Inside your insights you can see important shii like what time your audience is on here, what day they are on here, what type of stuff they like sharing, what type of posts grew your audience and so forth. Start reviewing your insights weekly and monthly it's a game changer TRUST ME! 68 3️⃣I stopped fighting the algorithm and started going to the explore and reels tab to research what the B likes right now. Me and her ain't get along because I was being an old lady stuck in my ways and ain't wanna change. Here's the issue with that... if you wanna keep doing what you did last year on social and don't wanna keep up with the times then you'll keep being stuck. Social media is just like life...it's about change.
