Ingredients: • 3 cups all purpose flour • 1 tbsp honey • 2 tsp dry active yeast • 1 tsp baking powder • a pinch of salt &2 tbsp butter • 3/4 cup + 2 tbsp water Instructions: 1. Heat water and butter to 110° 2. Add water and butter to warm bowl and stir in dry active yeast 3. Cover for 5 minutes to activate 4. Combine remaining ingredients 5. Knead until it's a soft dough (takes about 5mins) 6. Let it rest for 1 hour 7. Shape into 8 balls 8. Let them rest for 40mins 9. Flatten each ball on lightly dusted surface 10.
