When attending a Catchers U® camp you may notice a catcher wearing a black on black Catchers U® hat. Then when you get home you might feel the urge to go on our website and try and buy that hat, but you cannot find it. That is not by mistake. In 2022 we started a new tradition in Catchers U® in where when a catcher commits to a college they are awarded a “Black Hat”. This hat cannot be purchased but only earned. Our company is truly grateful for the opportunity to work with all of the catchers in our camps and lessons, this is a small way to show our appreciation and admiration of the hard work our catchers put in.
