Snow Ice Cream 🍨 Get ready for a yummy science lesson…making ice cream out of fresh snow! ❄️ Ingredients: - 8 cups of fresh snow - 1 cup of milk (we used whole milk, but you can use any kind) - 1/2 cup of sugar - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract - A pinch of salt Mix all ingredients together until smooth and pour over the fresh snow. Mix it together and enjoy! ❄️ Our snow was very “icy” because it was a mix of rain and snow throughout the day, so the fluffier and softer your snow, the creamier your ice cream with be! Ours was still delicious, just a little icy! Let’s go fishing! Ice fishing! 🧊 Materials: - yarn - salt - bowl - ice - water Step 1: Fill the bowl with ice and water. Step 2: Cut a string, long enough to lay across your bowl. Step 3: Put the string in the bowl, on top of the ice. Leave a few inches hanging off the side so you are able to grab and lift your yarn out of the water. Step 3: Sprinkle with your fingers or pour/shake salt onto the yarn. Step 4: Let it sit for just a minute or so to really stick! Step 5: List your string and see how many “ice fish” you caught!
